That would make sense - taking supplementary melatonin is known to increase the vividness and length of dreams. Unfortunately it is not sold here in the UK......

Just being awake is only half the deal - do something useful with your time. If the swirly subliminal thing isn't working, forget it. Do something 'active' like MILD or read about LD's.
