Theory of lucidity

This place is meant for discussion about the scientific theory about lucid dreams and dreaming in general.

I have dumped some research abstracts here to give it all a start.

Every time I stumble upon new findings in the future I will post it here. And maybe some old ones too

Good to see some of the new subsections of the LD4ALL forum. Compared to the lucidity institute and others this forum can be a little light weight. I actually think this is its strength as getting em whilst they're young should be a priority as these kids will take this knowledge into their careers and hopefully some of those might be in science and technology.

This new part of the forum will hopefully bridge the gap between light weight just having LDs for the fun n hell of it and the more serious issues it encompasses and surround the subject.
