He had a dream where somebody showed him a banana and a seahorse and said "remember this." I thought it was funny, in a random way.

Hmm...I prefer bananas just before they're ripe--still kinda lightish green, but a little yellow ^^

Anyway...yes...bananas probably do help--I think it worked with me once...I might have even posted something on it...uhh

Hi everybody, i'm new here. (Hence having only 1 post)

I've recently been eating bananas a lot (averaging 2 per day) because of the thread that mentioned them being rich is vitamin B6. Appaerently this vitamin is good with helping to LD.

Does anyone have any expeience's proving the theory of bananas?

I havnt had a bannana in years, and my dreams are as vivid and entertaining as I could wish them to be. I also get a high ammount of LDs (compared to most people on this site)

I wonder what would happen if I ate bannanas tounge2

If your saying they have their effect on dreams because of the B6 I'd dissagree as I have taken B6 for that purpose and noticed nothing. Maybe its that tryptograph stuff in them or watever its called.

I'll try it but I doubt it will do anything.

Well, I tried it that past couple nights. On the first night the only difference I noticed was I didn't have a nightmare (which is actually pretty significant). But that only worked once. Otherwise, nothing.

I ate a bannana and dreamt that I killed someone called Norton with a bannana. I realized I was dreaming and ate the banana. It tasted Like ***.
