Does meditation helps to have LDs?

Well, the title is pretty self-explanatory…
I hear people that have LD’s do some kinds of meditation…and I wanted to know of ot helps having them…just that…
bye

I’d have to say yes, at least for some people.

I’m one of those people how have a very active mind and find it hard to quiet my thoughts, so when it comes to trying WILD it’s quite difficult and often the “telling yourself you will know you are dreaming” gets lost to the multitude of thoughts I have before I finally do sleep.

Meditation teaches you that control(and a few other things) so I’d say it can deffinately help some people and it certainly won’t hurt.

Oh, of course. I even read somewhere about how closely related the two activities are. They parallel each other in many ways - I’d like to say more, but I read a lot about it in a book about lucid dreaming.

It mentioned that in general, meditators tend to have more lucid dreams than non-meditators, but that’s all I really remember - there is much more to this, though.
