I find it varies.

Sometimes I remember only one dream (if any).

Sometimes I remember a new dream everytime I wake up -- and sometimes I still remember them all when I get up and write things do ...

Sure they had foil.

Mind you, they didn't use it for wrapping lunch.
It was more of an art supply. (Usually gold-leaf?)
