Yeah, it's really great. smile So easy to do, whether or not you're dreaming, and the results are quite reliable. Just always remind yourself right before you do it that if this is a dream, you will b ...

I've used "the pill" for other purposes, but not for trying to help future dreams. A part of me suspects that wouldn't work, but the great thing with all this stuff is...if you honestly thi ...

I don't buy into the idea that each DC is somehow a part of you, as if harming one of them could cause physical damage to a specific neural network in your brain or something. Obviously, they're crea ...

I've only died in NDs. Every time that's happened, the world has basically faded to black with a serious sort of finality, followed by me gradually waking up.

Dream sensations can be a little unpredictable...but yeah, in real life, it'd hurt if you pushed a finger through your hand, so your brain probably just figured it'd hurt in a dream, too. wink5 Next ti ...

I forgot to mention one thing about the keywords vs. full descriptions issue. It doesn't have to be one or the other - you can do both! :D I'll often start writing down a dream, realize it was long ...

I haven't experienced much of this stuff, as I haven't made any serious attempts at WILD, but I know from what little I have experienced that it can feel pretty scary, even when you know what's going ...

The nose-plugging RC is the way to go, if you ask me. It'll never tell you you're dreaming when you're not, and it'll almost never tell you you're not dreaming when you actually are. Sometimes I'll ...

Yeah, it's always a possibility, I suppose. The problem is...how would you know, and what could you do about it? As far as I can tell, the answers are: you wouldn't, and nothing, respectively. So a ...

All my LDs have been extremely realistic - that's what makes becoming lucid so difficult. Aside from the strange things that can happen, the experience itself is basically identical to real life. Th ...

I like to do it handwritten in a little journal. That way I don't have to risk waking anyone up by making noise (or sharing the contents of my dream with anyone awake within earshot wink5). This also l ...
