Eheheh. I actually hear it's quite common(and ironic), people dreaming about lucid dreaming. I'd suggest doing a reality check EVERY time lucid dreaming is mentioned colgate

I think having a backup plan is always good - in all things, not just LD. I guess a complete 'backup'plan would involve doing lots of reality checks during the day, then going to sleep and trying WILD ...

I do get them, especially after going to sleep after not doing it for 24 hours or so. They are my favorite ones. They can be epic in that they are like long, complex soap-operas with some weird backst ...

Lucid Dream is "Sogno Lucido"in Italian - with 'sogno'most probably coming from the Latin 'somnum'(sleep).
By the way, about LD in various languages...I'd be curious as how it's pronounced ...
