I had the same thing when I started reading these abstracts.

You can try to find a 'map' of the brain where the regions are named. That will help big time!

It seems harder than it really is.

Umm,im not sure if i got it right. So it means that sleeping without interruptions gives us longer REM periods?

It means sponaneous sleep interruptions that last longer than 10 minutes mostly occur ...
