I used to practice WILD twice a day, and I made some progress.

No, SP is not required for WILD. often during WILD, i just find myself within the dream, not experiencing any SP like symptoms. SP happens everytime you sleep, so what is happening is that you're just ...

God dammit, dreamosis WHY do you open your eyes when you have an sp?!

I often open my eyes in SP. Many times, it just happens without me noticing. Sometimes Um just curious.

How about creating the dreamscape while daydreaming through out the day, and when you actually become lucid you go to it using teleportation or otherwise.

You get that sensation when your muscles relax quickly. When it happens to your whole body, you get a falling sensation. I guess it's only happening to your jaw muscles.

I also have lots of problem ...

They are just as hard to remember, but when you do remember them you remember them with higher quality, partly because when you're inside the LD you're paying attention to everything.

That's totally an OBE. Congratulations :D

Sometimes when you do an RC in a dream you wake up, and it's not because of excitement. My only explanation is that maybe the dreams were fragile.

When I'm doing WILd and see vivid HI, I imagine myself doing a reality check in front of or in it. This is for in case I fall asleep, It will be sort of like a WILD.

WILD isn't a set of steps you should follow, but like db said, it is just falling asleep while noticing it.

WLD is a pretty good tech, at least for me. I'm glad I started it, now I'm getting better ...

If you wake yourself out of the LD right after you hear the music, you may remember enough to tab it.
