It's everywhere in Canada too. It's usually kept in the same isle as tea and coffee but sometimes tends to be with the herbal teas or ovaltine.

Horlicks! I have that sometimes. You mix it with milk...warm is best. I would imagine it would help you to relax and fall asleep, maybe LD too.
