Well, the sound shouldnt be up loud though if you plan to leave it on because sounds tend to cause you to get startled and come out of the dream. (Happened to me this morning...sadblauw )

My brother intentionally pulls all-nighters sometimes because he says that they cause him to have LD's without using a technique...BUT...I would still try either a WILD or a MILD as you are going to s ...

I dont think so, because i left mine on last night and had my first LD in a while! I have read that a little bit of light that peeks through your eyelids is actually good for lucid dreaming.

Changing your breathing pattern will supposedly get you out of SP.

Paul McCartney (sorry if I spelled that wrong) composed his song "Yesterday" in a dream, so I would say that the idea has some potential! wink5

A dream within a dream is a FA. You are definitely close! I have these all the time when I LD. What it is, is that you were lucid, but you were semi-lucid. Don't give up! Full lucidity is RIGHT THERE!

I would love to try but I need to hear an instrumental in 7/4 time as I am not familiar with it. I consider myself an "okay" rapper...

Try counting like this as you go to sleep...1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming, etc.

Has anyone ever had any luck with the dream clock idea?
