Id say my problem with lucid dreaming is a lack of motivation.

The LD:s Ive had so far have all been dreams within dreams. They all ended with me having a false awakening. So, I suppose falling asleep while sleeping is my number one lucidity trigger :D

I once read about a man who was overweight because he ate too much. It wasnt that he was hungry, he just liked food. But when he learned to LD he realized that he could just eat in the dreams instead ...

I usually dream in first-person, but some times, when Ive done something to my face, I can see myself from the "outside".

Thats so weird, I had a very vivid LD last night, and I slept with two pillows. I have a cold so I used it to get higher up. Hmm.
