Yes I think using MILD with that phrase would work well. But I THINK the only way it would work is if your friend "F" appears a lot in your dreams. Like a dream sign.

Yup, I know exactly what you mean, every time I do WBTB I always recall those dreams very well.

What do you guys think I should try? I know WILD seems the right choice but would it be possible to MILD also?

Which one do you guys think would work better? I know since it's a nap I can get into ...

Man...now that I think about it....It's been years since I've had a dream about flying....

I don't know if this is the way my mind is set up or something....but every night when I fall asleep I always wake up between 4:15am and 4:30am. ALWAYS.


Usually when I wake up I just pee and go b ...

I don't get it..lol..are you supposed to imagine a light switch or are you supposed to be looking at a real one?

When you say turn on the light, you mean visualize yourself turning it on, or do you actually stick your real arm out and turn it on? (With your eyes still closed)

Still kinda confused....

Well, the "best" REM cycle is 5 to 6 hours you go to sleep, but the first REM cycle which is 90 minutes after you go to sleep only lasts about 5 to 10 minutes, that's the whole point of WBTB ...

I did, lol.

I get to part when my body feels numb and that's it. When my body feels numb I'm always thinking, "Is my body asleep now? how long until I hit the REM cycle?"
