Hello!
Yesterday i found out you can do self hypnosis to make yourself fall asleep. I tried it and it worked! So my question is if anyone has done self hypnosis to actually become lucid in dream?

Yeah RC, but make sure you actually think about it, the easiest way to force yourself into thinking is, ask yourself 'Am I dreaming', then work it out with RC and do some thinking to confirm it, e.g ' ...

When You say mantra, you have to believe in what you say and speak as if you were speaking to other person rather than the 'wall'. Screaming in way satisfies both points, so yeah i guess that is a goo ...

I agree with Chronic. If you try WILD ing for while, though this should 'wear off'. Also try meditating, as it calms you down, or listening to heartbeat (kinda meditating too really shy2 ).

Rhewin's tip helped me every time i had this issue smile. I also find meditating for 10 min helps to relax eyelids and body overall.
