Because I can't use alarm clock to wake up in night (shared room), I use LD tech at morning. It works always if nobody is awayke yet (no disturbance), but I am too much awake and wake up when I try to ...

If the object is small, then you can tell yourself, "When I reach into my pocket I will pull out

What's wrong with pulling car or house out of your pocket? :D

then I wake up and go with something like "I will fall asleep and have LD" or something like that.

Mantra alarm clock always worked, the second one unfo ...

I guess I am lucky, a lot of people in school are interested in dreams, few of them actually tried LDing, and one of my schoolmates is "Ultra Lucid Dreamer", but it's still "weird" ...

tea, coffee, chocolate, melatonin-rich stuff, dream herbs, placebo ^.^ ...

and don't play computer games all day (destroys melatonin and you have less dreams)

White LED is bad, AT LEAST 1W red LED pointed ANYWHERE will be much better, because red light can penetrate eyelids easily, and 1W would shine in whole room. And light should blink while you're in REM ...

Best way how to remember dreams is:

1) Use mantra that will wake you up while dreaming
2) Set you alarm clock to time when you have REM

DJ will only help you remember them IRL, so if you wake u ...

if you are in absoulte darkness, you can have your eyes open (you can blink), i read that it can be much more effective than with eyes closed
