My advice is that you start to care about your non lucid dreams, you will remember more, and with that comes greater awareness, which can lead to LDs smile

Yes, it's possible. You have to first be Lucid to change the language, but I don't think it would be a problem. It all depends on your dream control.

Yes, it would benefit, and I would advice to try out many different techs and see which suits you the most. You should take a look at knowledge base and find topic "how to choose your technique
