It depends, it's a bit complicated. Almost all of my dreams are as mundane as it gets, and those that aren't about my real life are about me in situations based on it. For example, being in a normal t ...

I usually dream I'm playing a game if it has significantly engrossed me lately, and especially if I've been playing it in the last few hours before going to sleep. Strategy games seem to do that to me ...

Ok, so I'll start to get more familiar with SP. One of the two times I got lucid (and they both sucked, but whatever) I got there from SP. I naturally wake up all the time, but I move around, open my ...

Sensing presences seems a common theme in SP and night terrors, but these seem like neither. Have you told a professional? Do your thoughts affect those things? Do others in your family have similar e ...

Sorry for the generic title, but it would be hard to explain in a line. I've read about LL, awareness, never taking your experiences for granted, and so on. Recently, in the last few days, I've starte ...

I kept getting back to it just to try, then giving it up for years at a time, but now I feel I have to keep trying (and hopefully succeeding) as long as I live. LDing is just too unique and amazing to ...

Unless that really bothers you for some reason, those sort of awakenings a few hours after going to bed are prime opportunities to try and get a LD, as you'll basically go straight back to REM when yo ...
