I am guessing it has to do with the tryptophan activated when milk is warmed. Shane, I don't drink regular milk.

For me, if I sleep less than 6 hours, I will either have no recalled dreams or extremely super vivid dreams (depends how tired I am). It may be that you aren't getting ...

I have a similar issue in that I can't intentionally induce a lucid dream. One article I read gave me some really good advice and that is just believe with your being that you are a natural lucid drea ...
