I've been attempting to lucid dream for 8 months now. How many lucid dreams have I had? Err, I think over 10. But those were all just dreams where I knew I was dreaming, but I stil ...

"I will become lucid in 6 hours and remember the dream" should suffice. Mentioned a time and an action (and the day, since "in 6 hours" is in 6 hours. XD)

In fact...this is exactly what I've done. As mentioned by TweaK (which I actually personally gave this info to), you should all try using the self hypnosis preset on the BWGEN (

I used to have a large "notebook" with 23-rings, with pages you could easily tear off, but I had a hard time writing on the right page (I'm left handed), and now I have a schoolnotebook.. tounge2

Thats a wise decision (per month payment), I once made the worst contract in my life ever: 2 years at BASM (A Belgian hosting system). Out of 24 hours a day, there was at least 2-3 downtime (at least) ...
