I always record it regardless. Last night I dreamt of a woman slowly and repeatedly attempting to stab me, resulting in my arms bleeding profusely.

3-5 isn't nearly enough. I try to do one at the top of every minute. The more you put into it the more you will get out.

I don't know. I would consider flying one of the first and easiest hurtles in LDing. I have chronic problems controlling my dreams, but flying still comes easily.

It is not totally clear whether or not you did this from your post, but WILD is supposed to be done after waking up in the middle of the night.

Secondly (@Faraday), the nose pinching RC can be very effective, but it also is one of the top failing RCs...

I've never heard that one before, it has never, not even once failed me.
