Most useless thing... probably falling asleep to Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King... and watching it again in my lucid dream while having some snacks lach1 I mean, it was still fun, though!

I'd say it's a tie between summoning a fireball only to have it explode and engulf myself in fire, or teleporting to find myself merged into a restaurant wall.

It is not a disease, you can't catch narcolepsy, it is a sleep disorder. Narcoleptics don't have to laugh or be scared in order to experience an "episode". There are plenty of other stimuli ...
