I think BWGEN is probably a better option, as it is well established, and customisable to your needs.

Its MILD, then WBTB, then WILD. If it doesn't wake you up I suppose you have a pretty good shot. Don't know how easy it would be to keep it up night after night though. Its a lot of sleep lost.

Generally, people get out of it what they put in, in terms of induction. Disregarding naturals and the like, your frequency will be pretty much dependant on how much effort and time you expend.

The two fundamental types of LD are WILD and DILD.

WILD occurs when you remain aware from being awake to being in a lucid dream, while DILD occurs when you become lucid after you are already asleep ...

Have you guys got a way to wake yourself up without alarms or anything?

Try autosuggestion when you goto bed. It works for many people.
