When you are saying "I'm dreaming, I know I am dreaming, etc" do you actually say it verbally or do you just say it in your mind? Because if I say it verbally then I can't go to sleep...

I usually question if I am dreaming, but sometimes I get lazy and don't do it tounge2

That is a great way of putting it, I will definitely try that tonight, althought the only way I am trying to become lucid is the DILD technique at the moment, which seems incredibly hard for me for so ...

Well, I'm new to lucid dreaming as a subject, so yes, it will take time for me to train myself and get used to staying still. But this method sounds soooo much better than others.
