I'd suggest filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission here in the U.S. in addition to a personal lawsuit.

I can probably answer some of your questions on this course as I wasted $59.00 on it a while back myself, although it wasn't a total waste. It just didn't produce any lucid dreams like it guarenteed. ...
