Are you saying that your eyes open on their own and it is very hard for you to keep them shut? That doesn't sound very normal; maybe you should get that checked out.

For me, I think not trying to think about getting a LD has worked the best for me. When I was first trying to have one I failed and forgot about it then after several months I had my first LD. I won't ...
