True, but it does vary sometimes, Specially when you have a lucid dream, and you don't lose lucidity, you'll eventualyl wake up and you havn't lost conciousness so you will remember it all

a lot of people make plans ahead and build in their
imagination the dreamworld they will like to be in.
when I'll be able to achieve a lot of lucid dreams I will try planning on visiting Konoha that ...

you could try masturbation as that is a way to fall asleep very fast

and also a way to totally diminish your dream recall
don't masturbate

I'm not sure about caffeine. bananas however are on the list of foods that help you attain lucidity so no wonder it helped you.

spinning around your axis means NOT running in circles....
it means spinning like a spinning top or like Michael Jackson...

oh and rubbing my hands works better for me

i'd suggest you dont close your eyes because it can make you wake up very easly- do it if you are having a nightmare

what i do is either call a DC or turn around and assume its there

hi!

noticing dream signs - i dont know but it will sure help me ^^

retaining lucidity - spinning around your axis/rubbing your hands/not closing your eyes!!
