usually HI apparently to LaBerge isn't one bit scary its just a motion into the dream but some reports on this forum say stuff like that i say just go ahead with it.

i think that if you really find it that hard then look for another technique i've tried WILD about three times never really got the hang of it.
To try to stay focused try listening to your own breath ...

It still could be good because if you think its an LD then surely you may remember some intentions to do in an LD and do them so its not all bad

So your saying basically it would be easier in your dream too breath fire than shoot fireballs because of the fact that its tied in with breathing?

I think that everyones techniques are different this ones for you and maybe for some other people but i guess it won't work for everyone

I remember some dreams sometimes but should i still attempt LDing? LaBerge says that recalling dreams everyday then i should start ...
