I don't know, I've never experienced an OBE myself. But it does fasinate me, whether it's just some kind of very clear dream or really an OBE.

You can go directly into REM sleep when you take a nap, so I don't see how it would be impossible in the evening.

You don't need to get out of bed for WBTB. You can just lay in your bed, do some MILD maybe, and go back to sleep a few minutes later so you'll get more sleep.

no it is not, is a fake lucid dream, you were concious on a second plane, you were just dreaming that you had a lucid dream, i have had lots of those, and they are not lucid dreams

I think this is a great technique, its always good to use more than one technique so you have some kind of backup.
There aren't really rules about what way is the right way and what is the wrong way, ...

You cannot master WILD in 4 attempts, you need to practise and practise and practise to get experience and improve, just like lucide dreamning. Good luck.
