"If you didn't dream, and someone told you they had dreams, would you believe them?"

If they outright say "No," then don't bother ...

1.) Wake up
2.) "play through" the dream in my head 2-4 times. (AT LEAST 2 TIMES!!)
3.)Once I know I will be able to remember it, lie in bed for a bit, just re ...

Now that you mention it, I don't think about who the "asleep me" is in LD's. Maybe I should use that to get better lucidity? This must be looked into...

DILD also works. It got me all my LDs so far. All you need do do is do RC's, and at night you just sleep!

Yeah, I'm trying with various white and red LED's, but the red ones tend to work best, despite not being as bright. I'm not sure if led's are measured in watts though, I've always seen them measured ...

Think about why you want to have a LD. Make a list of all the things that you want to do in a LD. Think about the list before you go to bed, and during WBTB attempts. That always keeps me going.

Yeah, that can happen. It's the same theory as LD masks. You take a signal from the real world, and have it sink into your dream. It's never happened for me, but my alarm clock is quite loud...

I find that if I spend about 10 mins in bed in the morning, then I can remember my dreams, but after a couple of days I forget. It''s still best to keep a DJ though.
