i have to yawn a lot to fell like i'm getting a deep breath in and it always seemed detrimental so its good to know its not tounge2

I kind of see where you are coming from.... i think haha

As in being aware/alert all the time makes it normal so you are relaxed about it ? If so i believe its similar but not exactly the same beca ...

I am going to start trying this method properly but i have one question about it.

As its stated its best with WBTB i don't feel i have the ability to get up for my normal time and then fall asleep ...

I have one called xtreme alarm clock that does that smile
It's free and also you can set to to just vibrate with no sounds and that tends to wake me up pretty gently so could be handy for you deild!

I've woken up in a similar state before, not as extreme but had whole body vibrations! Pretty sure this will be HH/SP smile

i do use a rather soft alarm but that is just because if i wake up properly i do struggle to fall back asleep so i suppose i just will y way through it, thanks for the response!

i do practice wild now and again so have a pretty good idea of when to wake myself up for that so ive started to set it to go off round about the same time.
