I think the experience makes you feel more refreshed. If anything, techniques such as WILD require effort and should therefore drain your energy. kiekeboe

I doubt you would be able to fulfill your desires in a dream. I mean, I have plenty of LDs where I fly but when I wake up IRL, I still feel that desire to fly (even though I know it aint gonna happen) ...
