[color=darkblue][b]On December 25th (Rhythmic Moon Day 13), people around the world join together for the celebration of Christmas - a festivity originally designed to commemorate the date of Jesus Christ’s birth. This moon we’ll be feeling deeper into the true “spirit of Christmas”, as we explore our “Dreams of Jesus Christ”.

Almost a year ago, I had a very interesting lucid dream, which made me ponder my own dreams of Jesus Christ and their significance to my life, more profoundly.[/b][/color]

[title]Conscious Dream: Late Faith[/title]
[LD]I’m dreaming – consciously. I’m on the pathway, outside the back wall of my house. I notice that it is rather difficult to move about the dream, and I feel as though I could easily wake up. I’m in a relatively low level of lucidity, and I decide that I’ll awaken a deeper level of awareness. I decide I’ll practice the Embracing the Tree meditation – and bring spiritual energy into my body.

I ease into the posture, and visualize a golden ball at the lower dantien, trying to make it feel hot and warm. I now begin to feel the sun lighting up all around me, and I try and breathe this warmth into the ball of energy I am visualizing within. As I breathe in and out, I become aware of the sounds of even deeper breathing playing through my inner mind. I realize that there is some kind of guide here with me, sounding out the correct way of breathing – so that I can imitate them.

As I follow the sound of breathing, the meditation becomes much deeper. All of a sudden, I feel a new vision sliding across my inner screen. It’s obvious that I’m not the one pushing this along; it’s my spiritual guide’s way of communicating with me.

Now I see pages and pages of writing. They are being duplicated, and distributed. I understand the symbolism – I am supposed to get my writing out in the open. I need to share it with more people. I look more closely, and I notice that the articles actually have names.

The first of these reads Late Faith. It’s meaning comes across not only through words but with feelings …[/LD]

[b][color=darkblue]Waking from this dream, I was quite excited. It felt good to receive encouragement and support for my writing. I also knew what this article “Late Faith” was supposed to be about. I was being asked to write about the appearance of Jesus Christ in my own dreams - the dreams of someone who’d always fancied himself to be a non-believer.

Asking for guidance on the article, I dreamt of the sounds of a heavenly female choir, and a question from a child, that reverberated for days afterwards, “So… Where have you seen Jesus?”

It’s this question that I’d like to explore with the rest of you here. Let’s see if we can meet Jesus in our dreams, and share our experiences with one another to see how they might overlap.[/b][/color]
