A question about WILD.

Could listening to music be used to keep one’s focus?
I find that when ever I fall asleep listening to music that I am still aware of the music even though I am asleep.

Could music (relaxing music, obviously) be used as a focus point to keep oneself aware during the hypnogogic state?

You can certainly use noise to help you with WILD. With practice you may notice that your hearing fades in and out as you fall asleep - if music helps you to become more conscious of this part of the process, all the better!

I’ve had success with listening to music during naps while WILD’ing. I don’t use it much, because that would drain my battery, but it’s worked.

I searched for WILD + music but didn’t find any relevent topics.
