I recently download bwgen, and as part of the configuration it says I need to alter my sound card so that sound for the left speaker only comes out of the left and sound for the right only comes out of the right. I’ve navigated through just about everything in my computer’s control panel, and I figured with all the people on this forum with bwgen that this would be the best place to ask for help. Really?.. isnt there some type of function through your audio control to automatically ensure that right goes to right, and left goes to left??
What happens is, in order for more realistic sound, the sound on the right is heard on the left, but quieter, and vice versa.
What you are talking about is ambiant sound, meaning that sounds on the left are not only heard on the left, and vice versa (which will not work for binarial beats).
