I’ve looked around and tried some of the songs and software that I’ve come across but it doesn’t seem to have an effect. I was wandering if anyone had any suggestions?
I was hoping that there would be certain sounds (maybe some kind of white noise) that when played during sleep would have some effects, maybe helping to enduce lucidity or creating more vivid or more unusual dreams.
Have you herad of BWGEN , the brain wave generator?
Or the NNS , the Neural Noise Synthesizer.

It is an application that generates mp3’s with suggestions programs and instructions for power naps and deep sleep sessions. Great to transfer to your Mp3 player to keep with you where ever you are.
I find it very useful and relaxing and it gets me in the right mood when I want to LD.
