Im wondering, to open your "dream eyes" or move your "dream body" is it just like opening your real eyes and seein a dream or is it more like you picture yourself opening your eyes.

I've been wondering about that too, I'm not really sure. I would say picture yourself opening your eyes.

It's more like you're brain sending the impulse to open you're eyes, but you're actual muscles not moving.

For me its always been just like it is in waking life. Even when I use WILD I still just sit up and open my eyes in my dream, just like I would in waking life.

Before you are actually 100% sure that you are asleep then I'd suggest you'd picture yourself opening your eyes. Ones you are lucid though, you can move any bodypart as usual.
