How to improve sleep quality for naps?

I’m trying to put together a sleep schedule based on 2-hour-long naps. I like to feel rested as long as possible during a day, but don’t want to sleep more than 6 hours a day. What advice can you give me to make those naps more restful?

I Think the best thing you can do is try to reduce the hours slowly. having a comfortable bed, pillows, nice smell in your room among other stuff is always helpful.

anyway… just my opinion but, it’s proved that the healthy amount of hours that we sleep is exactly the amount the body sleeps for itself, no alarm clocks, “no nothing”. and if your idea to do this is because of that old concept that smart people sleep less, well, Einstein slept for 12 hours everyday. :wink:

so I don’t think anyone should do stuff like that.
