Visualization Training

Would it help to train visualization during the day to make your dreams become more vivid? Right now I’m visualizing half an hour per day during meditation.

Anyone else who has tried this and had any success?

I say yes, altough my experience with it is a bit odd. You see, before I started to dream I couldn’t really visualize. When I started to, I suddenly “gained” the ability, altough a very basic version of it. I strated practicing before sleeping all kinds of visualization, and both the vividness of my dreams and my visualization skills have increased. I cannot, however, say which was inflenced by the other.

Excuse my asking, but what is visualisation? :eh:

My first LD came after the night of a very vivid ND. I kept thinking of the scene I saw in my ND the night before, and kept playing it over in my head that day, wondering how I didnt notice it was a dream(i saw a kid jump off a 10 story building and skip away). So that night i didnt do anything special, but for some reason I had a feeling, the same one I had the night before, and i knew I was dreaming. SO i say yes, it does help
