Things that helped me get semi-lucid

I went to sleep earlier because I was tired , in this day I was out with my family in the sun.
I did some sports , drank choclate milk 40 min before bed , and imagined that I clear my subconscious and put in the sentence :“While i’m dreaming I’ll be lucid”.
All thoose things togheter help me to get 3 semi-lucid dreams in one night…
