Some help with WILD and other techniques.

I’m not asking, but giving help, most techniques if not all require you to be relaxed, you NEED to be relaxed in order to dream, I have found an youtube channel, that has relaxing sounds, I have listened to binaural beats, but these gave me nothing but headaches, THIS kind of stuff is relaxing, I think this is nothing new, but I don’t see why not to share.
