Help needed

Im practicing WBTB combined with SSILD now and i have hit a bit of a hitch in the sense that i never really think to do anything just after i wake up. My initial thought is always "i am tired, i'll just go back to sleep" and after i wake up fully i realise it was a chance missed.

Any answer on how to get around this will be appreciated smile
thanks

Well, there's not really anything much you can do other than willpower. Maybe the alarm you're using is too soft. Make yourself get out of bed and walk around for a bit. Get on LD4all, or read a book about lucid dreaming, and then go back and try SSILD. You'll still be sleepy, but not as groggy, and so your results will be better. Good luck!
