| Techniques to help increase lucidity?u |

The other night i had as semi-lucid dream, i believe it was a very low level of lucidity because when i realised i was dreaming i still had doubts and didn't want to try anything and i woke up soon after. (also when i woke up it felt like a normal dream) I was wondering if there are anythings I can do to increase my lucidity and have a really vivid dream? Also are there anythings i can do to increase my chances of having a lucid dream tonight?

Rub your Hands; interact with your dreamworld; shout out loud: "Lucidity x 100!"
At least, that's what works for me. I recommend reading the "guide"-section on ld4all, too...

Often Doing things that activate the logical part of the brain will help to stabilize a dream. Things like doing math or questioning the fabric of the dream. But you should check out the guide if you haven't already.
