Setback?!

Hi all. Only just got back into lucid dreaming after about 4 years of not trying. Ive decided to give it a good go. Ive started by telling myself i will remember my dreams and writing them down every morning. Im also doing reality checks throughout the day. I havent had a lucid dream but my memory of my dreams was slowly improving until last night :eh: i woke up this morning and had no recollection of dreaming whatsoever! Not even a fragment. Is this normal? I feel like all my effort has been for nothing. Ive been doing it for about a week or so. What does it mean? Is my brain used to me trying to get it to remember so its stopped? Any advice would be great.

The continual improvement is good. It is normal to have the odd night of no recall. Just make sure you are getting enough sleep.

Since it been awhile you had lucid dreams! Just need to rewiring your mind-set and focus on what you trying to achieved.
