I have done much with lucid dreaming since I joined here over 3 years ago and I am often enthusiastic about “spreading the news” about lucid dreaming.
My current icebreaker is to ask someone if there was anything that they would love to do that isn’t possible or is highly unlikely for them, what would it be? If they are struggling I might seed some ideas like “maybe super powers or meeting a great person of today or the past…?” Then I mention that they can experience these things and they can often feel as real or even more real than many waking experiences and then discuss the subject of lucid dreaming.
