I usually know I’m in a lucid dream when I look at my hands and see they are distorted. Recently I had a dream where I was running from a killer and started flying. I immediately realized I was dreaming because flying was abnormal and started to feel the dream collapse. I also tried to do my reality check and look at my hands but I woke up. Is this a lucid dream?
