Well I find it acdientally. Try going to sleep keeping your hand under your head. When I do this I remember more dreams. Unfortunetly for some people it's imposible to fall asleep keeping hand under head. Anyway try it!

He, when i fall asleep on my hand(s), i always wake up without any feeling in them :-P. Damn hard to hit the snooze button then colgate

Yeah, it's a good technique. It seems to help me to have more vivid dreams as well, but I do always wake up with numb hands! eek2 Also when I wake up, I usually get a bad muscle twitch too! lol! I'm weird, I know! grin

It's good for REM sleep because it shifts body awareness from the chest up to the head. Not a good idea before core sleep.

I sleep with one hand under my pillow... But I'll give it a try with both on my pillow and my head on top XD.

I always sleep with my hand under my head and I have really good dream recall (under my pillow though. Just under my head wouldn't be very comfortable for me, I don't think) ^^


Current LD goal(s): Ask my DC's what they represent. I always forget to do this!!!
