Here ideas will be gathered of what to ask your subconcience while lucid
(whit the assumtion that your sub-C knows maybe more than you , but not everything , so ;no "when will the world end ?" type of questions please)

*Why am i not lucid more often ?
*Whats the name of this guy how i have seen not in a long time ..

And after some conversation:
Then "How would you overcome your fear and weakness to do some things that will improve your life?"
But the best part (assuming that everything that have our eyes see, is stored in our memory and it is never deleted):
"Reveal to me this..and that...and also this event from my memories..."
