I can't for the life of me figure out a way to get involved in Wolfgame. It looks VERY fun... but I'm so lost.

all you do is read the rules  , then post your name in the sign-up topic. 
i think the gamemaster PM's you what major character you'll be [wolf, villager, etc.]. ^_^
