Singing and ryhms
PostPosted: Sun 25 Oct, 2009  Reply with quote

I found out that when I sing a song with ryhms about LD's it helps me to dream about it or have an LD(I didn't tried to have a LD with this technique).
Example:
I will dream a lucid dream,
It will be more vivid than dim.

And when I kinda compose the song it helps.
I wanted to meet my SG and then I dreamt about something that looks like SG.

Current LD goal(s): Enjoy :)

wow. I'll try this too. Do you sing before bed or throughout the day?

The general idea of DILD techniques (all except WILD) is get the idea of knowing it's a dream planted into our minds, so, whatever works for you man! :D other people who like music shoul try that once.

Makes sense. My kindergarten teacher used to do EVERYTHING in song. That was how we learned. That's how you learned your alphabet. So it's no surprise that it might help yourself to remember to get lucid.
