| LD4all Blocked on School Computers:"Occult"(fixed) |

I've been meaning to say this for a long time, but I tried visiting LD4all on the school computers today and they had it blocked by the school network.
Unfortunately I could not get a proper screenshot as they didn't allow me to save any picture files (printscreen doesn't work there  ).
However, the remote-desktop application allowed me to provide this:

Any advice? I am very offended by this block.
At least I'm happy that I get it on my home computers .

I feel sorry for people who are scared of their own dreams. So sorry that I'd like to put them out of their misery... well, not really, let them suffer as long as they'll allow it  .

I think it's the school administrators who made the mistake to misjudge LD4all. They have even blocked another website (though I do not remember the URL) which was created on the same subject, and applied the same block.

Then it would be blocked from "Newsgroups and message boards", not "Occult".

well thats just sad thu i mean my school computers dont block it but i dont think that even if it is a forum everyone here is soo nice that i dont think it would matter. the people that take one look at it dont realize that so they immediately block it.

Well, with the psi and spirituality sub-forum... I'll have to point out that this isn't a purely scientific and secular site, and I would take it that at least a few members aren't practicing this solely for recreation.
That said, I wouldn't consider this an occult site either, and if I were in charge of a school, LD4all (even the forums) wouldn't be on the list of websites blocked to try at keeping productivity up. (Online gaming, private email websites, and porn, would be.) But I'm not in charge of LegendaryDreamer's school, which I'm guessing is private and is perfectly within their rights to run it as they want.
Still, you have my sympathies.  Advise to take the opportunity to appreciate the privilege of a home computer.

well can you blaim them for blocking us. I mean look at all the things we lders have to do to have lds. Q explains it clerly in the guid. we drink goats blood, and sacrafice virgins.. which reminds me halloween is coming up. our evil leader Q is looking for a memmber of LD4all to burn alive.

The company and most of the people who posted in this topic have but a vague impression of what "occult" means. Talking about occultism and thinking about sacrifices is making far too many assumptions. It's like talking about karate and thinking mortal combat; actually, scratch that, it's like talking about karate and thinking of 6 year olds trying to grow lightnings from the palm of their hands.
